You focus on you, how you feel and think, for example are you self-picking or are you supporting yourself that it's fine where you are in your now moment. Focussing on you means going inside and see what's going on in you. It is like creating a semi permeable capsule around you to really allow to focus on your 'innerness.' and then you allow to see and feel what's going on. All is well and all is good, it's fine.
